Lou Anne Rahm, 47, was reported missing from her Indian Creeks Apartment (2700 Indian Creek Blvd) on December 31, 1992 after failing to show up to her grandson's baptism. Police later found Rahm's body on January 13, 1993 buried under the debris of a demolished shed behind 3115 NE 9, a vacant house. Police arrested Eddie Early, 33, who led authorities to the body and was accused of also murdering Rahm's friend, Ruth Ann York, in the same apartment complex on January 7, 1993. The shed had been condemned and Early knew the houseowner, so he left Rahm's body in it without the owner's knowledge. A contractor soon came out to demolish the condemned shed, burying it in a hole on the property without knowing there was a body inside. Early was later sentenced to life in prison without parole for the murders of Lou Anne Rahm and Ruth Ann York.

reported events that occurred at 1442 East 2nd Street South, Tulsa, Oklahoma, US on July 10th, 1995

A longstanding neighborhood dispute led to the shooting death of Russell Lee Matthews, 32, on July 10 1995 in front of his ex-girlfriend's home at 1442 (1438) E 2nd St. (The home was originally a duplex with 1442 on the left, and later that door was removed and the duplex was converted to a single residence home, with only 1438's address remaining. It is still the same building.) The ex-girlfriend, Bonnie Young, leased a nearby bar and Matthews was seen at the bar playing pool shortly before his death. Matthews had later left drunk and irate, and walked to his ex-girlfriend's home where he argued furiously with a man that he had a dispute with the night before. Several people were present, and sometime during the argument the man pulled a handgun and fatally shot Matthews multiple time, before everyone fled. Police initially believed the shooter had an accomplice, but they determined it was just a bystander that fled the scene. Knowing the shooting was a result of a neighborhood argument, police cordoned off the block on 2nd St and ordered home residents to come outside with hands up, in an attempted search for the shooter. The search was unsuccessful, especially because the home next to 1442, at 1444 E 2nd St was empty. The home's resident however, Edward Moses, 20 was identified as the suspect in Matthew's murder. He lived in the home owned by his mother, and he allegedly shot Matthews 5 times after they had a long heated argument. Later on July 15, an informant told police that Moses was hiding out in a motel at 1347 E Skelly Dr with an alleged hostage. The hostage walked outside unharmed soon after the standoff began though. After unsuccessful attempts to get him to surrender, tear gas was deployed in the room while Moses was still talking over the phone with police. Police could hear Moses yelling and cursing when the gas was deployed, and then several gunshots before the line went dead. They soon made entry, where Moses was found deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and police closed their case. The alleged hostage, a 25-year-old male was soon determined that he was not actually a hostage, and was helping Moses since he bought the motel room for him. He was charged with accessory to murder, but due to witness problems that charge was dropped.

reported events that occurred at 2904 East 106th Street North, Sperry, Oklahoma, US on August 31st, 2008

On August 31, 2008, after a housefire was put out at 2904 E 106th St N, the bodies of 2 homicide victims were found inside. They were identified as home resident Michael Reeder, and his longtime friend from Missouri, David Lujan. Police soon arrested a man that travelled with Lujan to Reeder's house, named Travis Danley. Danley and Lujan had driven from Joplin to Tulsa for a weekend hangout with Lujan's friend Michael Reeder. 3 other unidentified people were also hanging out with the 3 men sometime during the day, before the homicides occurred. The 6 of them had all been fishing in a pond, smoking weed, drinking beer and wine. During the gathering, Danley and Reeder ended up bickering at eachother alot, and Danley even called a family member on August 30 to say "If Mike calls me a little bitch again, there's going to be a problem." Sometime later in the night, only Reeder, Danley and Lujan had been left at the residence, and while Reeder was asleep in bed, Danley put a shotgun beneath his chin and fatally shot him. He also fatally shot his acquaintance Lujan, and Danley claimed he did not remember Lujan's murder, but Danley most likely may have shot Lujan because he would not be able to return to Missouri with him. After he killed Reeder though, he trashed the house to make it look like a burglary, then he poured a flame accelerant on him and lit the body on fire, leading to the body being badly burned and the house fire starting. Danley was arrested after driving back to Missouri and confessing to relatives over the crime. He was sentenced to life in prison without parole. The home was demolished after the fire.

reported events that occurred at 2932 Halifax Court, Montgomery, Alabama, US on April 16th, 1989

A woman and her three children were slashed to death in their southeast Montgomery home during a brutal slaying discovered Tuesday. Police gave little information on the slayings. "We are working some murders that occurred at a residence on Halifax Court. A suspect has been taken into custody," police spokesman Capt. Wyatt Gantt said. But other authorities have identified the victims and said the woman's husband has been charged with capital murder. "There were three children and their mother whose cause of death were that their throats were slit," Montgomery County District Attorney Jimmy Evans said. "Obviously, this office will seek the death penalty." Mr. Evans listed the dead as Nell Virginia Carter, 35, and her children, Shameka Davis, 13; Natasha M. Carter, 8; and Lee Artis Carter Jr., 7, all residents of 2932 Halifax Court in the Woodley Park subdivision. Charged in the slayings was Lee Artis Carter, 36, also of the same address, Mr. Evans said. He was being held without bond Tuesday night in the Montgomery County Detention Facility. Mr. Carter was taken to Jackson Hospital early Tuesday morning where he was treated for cuts on his wrists caused by a razor blade, firemedics Chief T.L. Bryant said. The bodies were discovered early Tuesday by family members and police after a brother of the dead woman became concerned after he was unable to contact family members Sunday. Residents of the neighborhood of middle-class, mostly single-family brick homes was awakened abruptly about 3 a.m. after police entered the home and found the bodies, a neighbor of the Carters said. Onlookers watched all day as police carried out their investigation in a cordoned-off section of the cul-de-sac of seven homes.
