Three men got into an altercation, one of them was shot in the shoulder. He attempted to run away from the other two and was heard by a neighbor banging and trying to get into the neighbor's house. The neighbor called the police, but they did not show up. The next morning, upon seeing blood in the street, the neighbor called for police again. The two men drug the victim back to the house, shot him in the head, and dismembered him in the basement and disposed of his most of the body in Brownlee Reservoir.
