As the owner in 1999 when the tenants were cleared out and the owner of the house when there was a housefire in it in March of 2001 - I can assure you all repairs were done, completed, inspected and approved - your bogus "info" on the property is 20 years and many thousands of dollars out of date. That "info" needs to be removed as you are not informing anyone of anything but you are reducing value on a home that was gutted and rebuilt - Check the lengthy history of permits and inspections on the property in the 2002 - 2004 window. Also the porch in question is not "IN" the house it's on the second floor, hanging off the back of the house - as such it is not in the building envelope, but adjacent to it. ~anonymous
