Winnipeg man arrested in death of 42-year-old Justin Harvey Chezick

A Winnipeg man has been arrested in the city’s latest homicide investigation. Romeo Ryle, 19, turned himself in to police Monday, two days after a warrant was issued for his arrest following the death of 42-year-old Justin Harvey Chezick, whose body was found in a burned-out home in the 600 block of Pritchard Avenue.
