One man killed and one woman injured in this home December 31, 2018. On December 31, Robert Vaughn broke into this home by pushing in an air conditioning unit, and began shooting at the occupants inside. He shot and killed his brother, Guy Ulsamer, and shot and injured Ulsamer's wife, Barbara Ulsamer. He also shot at the couple's son, Jeff Ulsamer, but didn't hit him. It is unknown why he decided to break into the home and kill his brother, but Vaughn was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
