Slain man identified as drifter, 61: The body of a man found in a basement locker in a Charles St. E. highrise near Church St. has been identified as Norman Bernard Rasky, 61, of no fixed address. Metro police said an autopsy showed Rasky died as the result of a "vicious beating."
