L. Frank Baum lived on the property, the author of The Wizard of Oz. The property has been torn down. The property was also haunted before it was torn down. Many stories of a little girl haunting the Sports O Rama as well as an evil entity and many more. CNY Ghost Hunters also explored this location. The stories of many that use to work in the building say they’ve seen the little girl and have heard her laughing and some have heard her scream. The evil entity had a sulfur/rotten egg smell so you knew when it was around. Action Skate was also known to have objects moving around on their own or things turning on/off by themselves without any explanation. Many orbs have also been seen. It is unknown if these entities are still there since the building has been torn down.
