I lived in this complex for a year. It was formally known as "Red Oak Place" but I guess they changed to Villages of Red Oak when a new management company had taken over, anyways I had always felt a weird vibe at this apartment complex, I figured it was the crime in the area. The complex sits at the dead end of Red Oak Drive with nothing else around it but an abandoned house and an abandoned hospital. The complex never said a word about the murder, we found out by doing an address search on google. It would be nice if apartment complexes would tell their tenants and future tenants about murders that had taken place on their property.
