On April 20, 2022, Kevin Hansen, AKA Lawn Care Juggernaut was mowing the lawn of a foreclosed home when he noticed that it smelled of death inside the house, plus noticed that there were a lot of flies. Hansen called the police because he was suspicious of there possibly being a dead body and after the police went into the house, they notified Hansen that there was a deceased individual inside the home. 26-year-old Luis Martinez and 25-year-old Veronica Gonzalez were found shot to death on August 21, 2005 by a roommate coming home. The roommate came home to find the backdoor kicked in and saw blood on the floor and so he left and called the police. Police soon identified the killers as 18-year-old Victor Casarez and 17-year-old Primo Urquiza. 17-year-old Josiah Tillack was shot at this residence on May 12, 1994, by 18-year-old Matthew Clift. Tillack later died May 14, 1994. Tillack was shot once in the head. Clift claimed the shooting was accidental, saying he was holding the gun when it accidentally discharged, striking Tillack in the head. Clift pled guilty to first-degree manslaughter and was given a 5 year sentence. View Listing »
