Victoria man charged with killing wife was ordered to stay away Daniel Blake Penney was charged Tuesday, a day after he was arrested, with the second-degree murder of Caitlin Walton. Walton, 46, was found dead Friday about 5 p.m. She told tenant Mike Herritt, who lives in the basement suite, and he called 911, according to his wife, Carol Herritt.
