There is a male spirit that resides in the upper apartment. He will turn lights on and off, open and close bedroom doors, and open kitchen cabinets. Somewhere between 10 and 11 pm he makes his presence felt. You will feel an uneasy feeling as if you're not alone and you don't belong in the living room or kitchen. If you listen to this feeling and retreat to a bedroom his activity in the home is almost non-existent. If you do not respect his space the activity will intensify and start occurring during daylight hours as well. He seems to respect the master bedroom and I have never experienced any activity in this room. According to neighbors there was a Murder/Suicide/Shooting in the home. A man shot his girlfriend and his male roommate before killing himself. The girlfriend died and the roommate survived. I have not found any evidence or reports of this but have heard the story from several sources. I have also heard that someone who murdered his ex-girlfriend who was trying to escape his abuse lived in the home, but the crime was committed elsewhere. The male spirit does not seem to have any anger or intend harm, but simply seems to feel this is his home and wants his space.
