reported events that occurred at 810 Beverley Street between 2011 - 2012

Shawn Lamb admitted to killing and disposing of the remains of a winnipeg woman named Carolyn Sinclair. Sinclair was only 25 years old at the time of her untimely death. Carolyn had been murdered in Shawn Lamb's suite on December 18th, 2011. Lamb later on admitted he had left Carolyn Sinclair's remains in the bathtub for several days before dumping the victim's body in a nearby dumpster... Another important fact to add to this was that Carolyn Sinclair was five month's pregnant during the time of her death. Eerily enough, just a little over a month later in the exact same suite that Lamb was renting, he had went on to take the life of another woman. The second victim's name was Lorna Blacksmith, she died on January 11th, 2012. Sadly, Lorna Blacksmith passed away after Shawn Lamb had strangled her with a landline telephone cord. Please note: 810 Beverley St and 822 Notredame Ave are the exact same apartment building. The reason it has multiple addresses on Google is due to there being a separate entrances for tenants. I was formerly the Assistant Residential Manager of the building 822 Notredame Ave and 810 Beverley St. The company I was working for would advertise the rental suites as " The Beverley Suites" and not as a separate building due to them being the exact same building located on the intersection of Beverley Street and Notredame Ave in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Here is a photo of the entrance of "The Beverley" building, this was the former address of Canada's serial killer Shawn Lamb. Shawn has admitted to murdering three women but only been convicted of two murders inside of his suite during his time residing there. Shawn killed Carolyn Sinclair, she was 25 years old and five months pregnant at the time of her death and then the 18 year old Lorna Blacksmith one month later in the same suite. It's said he also murdered another missing woman known as Tanya Nepinak but has not been convicted in her murder as the 31 year old victim Tanya Nepinak remains were never recovered. Charges of her murder still remain against Shawn Lamb to this day, its unknown what will come of those charges. It's clear the police don't feel confident they have enough evidence to obtain a conviction for the murder of Tanya Nepinak. They have no body, where the murder was committed, how it happened or even why it happened. There isn't anything to prove that Shawn Lamb murdered Tanya Nepinak to.the courts. Sadly, all they have is a guilty admission from a crack-smoking drug addict Shawn Lamb that he had also murdered Nepinak which isn't enough evidence to ask jurors for them to convict him guilty with beyond all-reasonable doubt. My prayers and condolences goes out to the families, especially Nepinak's, I hope one day they can bring Tanya Nepinak home and lay her to rest properly.
