Husband claims psychotic break in wife's stabbing death. Muang Saeteurn (60) was stabbed to death by her husband Sy Choy Saeteurn (66). He described the attack as a psychotic break, saying he thought she was a soldier engaging him in battle. He pleaded no contest to second degree murder and was sent to a prison hospital for at least the first seven years, then transferred to normal jail upon recovery.
