reported events that occurred at 720 Elm Avenue between 1990 - 2016

I have lived in the chapter house of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity at the University of Oklahoma for years. It has been reported to be haunted by its members for years now, particularly the third floor and foyer areas of the house. Disembodied voices, shadowy figures, sounds of feet running down the hallways at night when no one is there, objects changing places with no explanation, and knocks at room doors with no one present on the other side have all been reported by the members here. It is commonly believed by the members of the house that the house is haunted by a brother who passed away in the late 1990s on the property due to a freak accident. I will not say the passed member's name out of respect for his family. Regardless if it is him haunting the house, I have personally experienced knocks on my door at night with no one on the other side on several occasions.
