In January of 2015 remains were found within the walls of 6213n 50th street while the basement was being renovated. The remains belonged to two young children, a boy and a girl, as well as a middle aged woman. The previous family, who had just sold the home, recalled very strange events such as inexplicable knocking at the late hours of the night as well as objects randomly going missing, only to be later found in odd places, most notably clogging pipes and drains. Pictures that were displayed on the wall would never stay up for more than a day, falling to the ground and being damaged. It is also to be noted that the bathroom in the basement had a bad habit of flooding for seemingly no reason.
