Kilbourn Ave., while lying on a davenport under the influence of drink, by his wife, Bertha Heilman, who, on 7/30/26 was held by the Coroner. 11A Dist. Michael Webber Ind. Sept. G.J. 3/25/27 - Bertha acquitted - Eller - 3/29/27 Webber - Nolled - Eller.
