A maintenance guy that used to work at this location said this used to be a cotton field of slaves. And that near the pool in the back was where they killed them. One in particular still haunts though in the clubhouse, she wears a long white dress and he says he walks by the mirror and sees her on the corner of his eye when no one is there nor no objects similar, and sometimes he comes eye to eye, multiple other people working in maintenance or office have seen or don't believe but I first hand have gone through paranormal experiences at this place with another ghost I was once friendly with. He was alive and friendly I didn't get his name he was just a nearby neighbor but only a year later he died from a heart attack in building 14 in the back . Couple days later I heard something while doing work and the lights started flickering one by one, until it came to me I was trying to figure out what was happening but I had a strange feeling it wasn't friendly and wasn't him. Ive seen the girl in the black dress on the corner of my eye to. The street I live on which is where these paranormal things have been happening has had multiple deaths as its a side street so people speed and die from the trees. There's a person I feel like every month constantly hearing ambulances and about the new deaths. I put a random date I don't know when the slavery started happening here.
