Man beaten to death: Strum, Charles, 23 years old, fatally injured, skull fractured with brick in fight, 448 Allport St., by John Pinta, who was arrested. 22d Prect. Strum died on same date in County Hospital. John Pinta held for murder and Joseph Musner as accessory, June 16, by Coroner's Jury. Found guilty in C.C. (Judge Holdom) Jan. 29, 1904. Sentenced to Pontiac Feb. 6, 1904.
