The discovery of a body in an upscale East York neighbourhood stunned residents Friday afternoon. By late afternoon, residents said the body continued to lie outside the house in a “pool of blood.” The death is being considered “suspicious,” said Toronto Police Const. A man in his fifties, whose identity is not being released, was found on a lawn on Taylor Drive, near Coxwell Ave. and O’Connor Dr., showing evidence of “severe trauma,” said police. The ravine separates the neighbourhood from the Don Valley Parkway.
