Unexplainable sightings of a young Caucasian male approximately mid to early 20’s, Sandy brown hair, brown and black plaid stitched shirt. individual seen by mailbox, peering through garage window, walking across property lawn, property second floor or activating vehicle alarms. Disturbances /sightings do occur at anytime in the evening but seem to be more pronounced approximately between the hours of 3am-5am. Individual is believed to have been a suicide victim.
