Quoted from original police record: Man shot to death: Pitrowski, Harry - Age 30 - Fatally shot at 2:20 PM, in his basement flat, 1906 Loomis St. by Martin Tessmer, Sr., thru a door behind which deceased took refuge after Tessmer and his two sons assaulted him in an argument over a bill. On 11/9/26 Martin Tessmer, Sr., Martin Tessmer, Jr. and George Tessmer were held by the Coroner. 16th Dist. 3/1/27 all three acquitted - J. Sullivan.
