On June 25, 2016, 23-year-old Christopher Reynaud fatally shot 17-year-old Daultn Dickerson, and non-fatally shot 18-year-old Jonathan Winters and 21-year-old Alyssa Cull, after the three went to Reynaud's house and would not leave when Reynaud didn't want them there. The house, 1814 W Maine, also had Reynaud's girlfriend, Jamie O'Rourke at it at the time. Winters testified that he and Dickerson and Cull went to the home because O'Rourke was their friend and they wanted to talk to her. Winters said that while they were standing outside, Reynaud came outside and immediately started shooting at them. Reynaud was sentenced to life in prison with possibility of parole.
