Vancouver police say they have arrested a suspect in connection with the double homicide in East Vancouver. Vancouver resident Joseph Holland, 43, was arrested in Harrison Hot Springs late Wednesday, according to a police statement Thursday. On July 7, 2020, police were called just after midnight to Commercial Drive and East 11th Avenue, where two men had reportedly been shot. Both victims, Vancouver residents Dennis Wragg, 72, and Paul Tonks, 68, were declared dead at the scene.
