Husband charged in woman's slaying: A 43-year-old unemployed man was to appear in court today charged with first-degree murder after his wife was repeatedly stabbed in their Willowdale home. Veilka Milosevic, 43, died just before 6 a.m. yesterday from multiple stab wounds to the chest. The murder weapon was a kitchen knife. When police arrived at Milosevic's two-storey home on Hilda Ave., they found her unconscious and lying in a pool of blood on her kitchen floor. Milosevic was rushed to Branson Hospital where she later died. Milosevic's husband, Spasoje, also 43, was taken into custody and later charged with first-degree murder. - Toronto Star (Mar 14, 1990)
