Man charged in Metro's first murder of 1994: Peter Rose, a 27-year- old tenant of a basement apartment in an Albion Rd. townhouse, was gunned down by at least two men who fled the scene in separate cars. An autopsy revealed he had been shot six times. Daniel Anthony Francis, 38, was shot four times in the same Jan. 3 attack. He has been released from hospital. Both men were in the basement apartment when a man demanded drugs, police said. When the two refused, he pulled out a handgun. Charged is Kevin David Moore of no fixed address. Moore, who is in Canada on a visitor's visa from Jamaica, was to appear today in Etobicoke court.
