This is a brand new house. The first couple to live there was Paul & his wheelchair bound wife. They only lived there for a couple of years. Then the wife died in the master bedroom. Soon after, Paul sold the house to another couple. The wife of the new couple, had a sister who bought her own house nearby on an adjoining street within walking distance. One day, the sister's husband was visiting at 15 Cherry Sands Crescent, & died of a heart attack in this house. One year later, the husband (owner), also died in this house. So in other words, both sisters lost their husbands, in that very same house. We saw police, fire trucks, ambulance, & his body being carried out by the funeral home in a body bag. So that's 3 adults who have died in this house within a couple of years. Creepy. There are new owners in it now.
