54-year-old Donald Shoemaker was allegedly involved in a neighbor dispute. According to TPD, Shoemaker allegedly shot and killed 50-year-old Debbie Barnette (1420 E Roger Rd) and set multiple houses on fire. Police say he then went to his residence and shot himself.
