Quoted from original police record: Man beaten to death: Warwosiynia, Wasil - Age 30 - Fatally assaulted 12/24/22 at his home, 1359 Bauwans St., with a flatiron in hand of Steve Yatzena and a stick in hands of his wife, Antonia, both of whom were held by the Coroner on 4/5/23. 22nd Dist. 5/30/23 - Antonia acquitted - McKinley. 6/30/23 - 14 years Joliet Pen. on Yatzena - McKinley. 1/2/23 - Yatzena sentence vacated & to Joliet Pen. - McKinley.
