Man dies in house fire: Billy McNabb, 50, died in a house fire after falling asleep in the basement of the bungalow which he was renovating. The home did not have any working smoke detectors.

Billy McNabb was set to celebrate his birthday this week with a barbecue and friends, but he never got the chance. The 50-year-old was killed in a fire early Sunday in a Forest Lawn house known for drugs and other problems.
