Man stabbed to death: Croft, Dennis - Age 40 - Colored - Fatally assaulted with a meat cleaver at 12:40 AM, 3/2/30, in parlor, 3 fl., 1314 Hastings St., during a fight with Geneva Henderson, his common-law wife. Geneva was booked for murder but the Coroner exonerated her on 3/3/30 and she was discharged 3/4/30 by Judge Helander. 22 Dist.
