Police say someone shot and killed the four and wounded another 55 year old male victim in a home in the 1300 block of North New Haven. The four victims are identified as 34-year-old Charlie Dake, 35-year-old Melissa Dake, 54-year-old Glenda Harper and 46-year-old Tammy Brunson. Police said the victims were shot by a lone gunman at close range. Police are still searching for the suspect, who is described as a white man in his 30s to 40s about 5 feet 10 inches tall to 6 feet tall with a medium build. "We have someone who said they heard a vehicle leave rapidly after the shooting happened and so we believe he left in a vehicle." Police arrived on the scene to find a back door open. The victims did not initially answer police who called to them from the doorway, but the officers soon heard sounds of distress and entered a converted garage area. The shooting is not suspected to be a random shooting, but is suspected to be methamphetamine related as several drug arrests had happened at the house over the years. To this day there have still been 0 arrests made to the case and it remains unsolved.
