This is the Grant House which was occupied by U.S. Officers until after WWII. The house is named after U.S. Grant as he was stationed in Vancouver, WA in the 1850s. The ghost is Colonel Alfred Sully who died at the house in 1879. Nowadays the Grant House is currently vacant but did house a restaurant that closed when Covid-19 hit. There were reports from the restaurant of Sully. Sully reportly locked a telephone repair person in the house while he was making a repair. Also, many visitors have had encounters with Sully and even reports of Sully talking to them.
