She was stabbed to death at 5:38 – 5:41 p.m. while performing her duty as a ReMax Camosun Realtor of showing a vacant home For Sale to a couple. Her killers and planners are still free.     Hard core meth head lived in the lower suite for two years. Smoked meth in the suite daily, had multiple drug dealers in and out of the place. The landlord entered the suite and found burnt tin foil, meth pipes, baggies, butane torches...electronics torn apart, electrical outlets with the plates off and wires messed with. What is Housecreep?

Housecreep is the top real estate website for finding stigmatized properties (i.e. murder houses, reportedly haunted houses, former drug labs etc.) and otherwise noteworthy homes. Easily lookup listings near you where murders and other crimes have occurred, where paranormal activity has been reported and much more.

Housecreep was launched in 2013 by two brothers from Canada. Our aim is to encourage disclosure in the real estate industry, and to help home buyers and renters make informed decisions.

Albert Armieri has worked in research and quantitative analysis for over 10 years. He loves blues guitar, campy horror movies, and can be found tweeting on our official twitter account scanning the shortwave radio band for extraterrestrial broadcasts.
