On December 22, 1980, 72-year-old Ethel Catts, who lived alone, was found deceased inside her home, 2710 E 16th Pl by her daughter. She had been asphyxiated by a natural gas leak inside her home and was found dead in the kitchen. Home was torn down sometimes afterward but the demolition didn’t have to do with the death.

Submitter even says the house no longer exists.
