On April 20, 2022, Kevin Hansen, AKA Lawn Care Juggernaut was mowing the lawn of a foreclosed home when he noticed that it smelled of death inside the house, plus noticed that there were a lot of flies. Hansen called the police because he was suspicious of there possibly being a dead body and after the police went into the house, they notified Hansen that there was a deceased individual inside the home.
