Her 20-year marriage to a trucker named Vernon Nichols had ended, and she wanted to be close to her mother and four brothers -- both to recon…

My parents were actually the ones who first moved into this house when it was built in 2006. They had a hand in picking and designing the interior as well. Truth be told, we ended up moving a year or so later due to my parents pending separation and the weird occurrences we all had here. I remember always feeling really scared to be left alone in the house, as it always had an off vibe about it. I would come out of the master bedroom and see weird figures out of the corner of my eye, especial…

I wasn't much of a believer in spirits being stuck until the year I spent here. The house was very heavy, sad, and angry. There was a very unwelcoming anger and sorrow in one corner of the kitchen. It felt like someone was beat to death or near-death there. In the upstairs hallway, many times someone rushed past me from the bedroom to the stairs in a panic. The day I moved out I was in the basement alone and I kept being called out to in a whisper. It felt like the spirit hadn't been acknowle…
