Robey St. as he opened the door by one James Esposito whom he disarmed 40 minutes previous when Esposito attempted to shoot a man. Esposito went home, secured another weapon, and went to Beto's home to kill him. On 10/4/25 Esposito was held by the Coroner as principal and James Diminio as an accessory. Arrest of Gabriel Fiumo was also recommended by the Coroner.
