This is a nice place but a gang used and old lady to get a lease with the apartment i only saw her once shortly after i saw these two guys wheeling in stage gear cases and moving into the apartment. I didnt think much of it at the time because im a musician and was happy to have other muscians move in. After they moved in there seemed to be a heavier police presence around the building, but again i didnt think much of it.
